  • Hey everyone!

With a Avengers: Infinity War press tour coming up pretty soon. I thought it would be a great time to switch things up a bit and put up a dark theme on the site for a difference thanks to my friend Jasper (tenthousandbeats.com), hope you guys like it as much as I do!

I also updated the gallery with the latest missing events from the start of 2018.

  • Hey everyone,

After going back & fourth with Luciana about the site, she decided to leave me alone and step down from running the site.  I hope I can do the site as good as she did through out the years. I’ve updated the gallery with the latest events Mark attended and additional photos that Luciana had but didn’t have time to upload.

  • In “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” which opened at No.1 at the box office this spring, the Incredible Hulk and his Marvel superhero comrades ward off such evils as an army of robot drones, a villain with superhuman speed and an artificial intelligence system set on exterminating the human race.

But in the real world, where the problems are decidedly less supernatural,Mark Ruffalo — the 47-year-old actor underneath the Hulk makeup and muscular green digital imaging — works just as hard to save the planet.

Case in point: Last week, Ruffalo helped launch the 100& campaign through The Solutions Project, which he co-founded. The campaign’s goal is to make clean energy accessible and affordable for 100 percent of the population by providing tools to switch to clean energy (such as a hotline to help find quality service providers) and spotlighting stories of clean energy leadership. Today, 91 communities in Illinois are operating on 100 percent renewable electricity. [more at source]

  • When last seen in Avengers: Age of Ultron, Mark Ruffalo‘s Bruce Banner was flying off into the unknown so that his alter ego, the Hulk, wouldn’t bring harm to Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow. Could the Hulk return in a movie of his own? Ruffalo, who plays Banner, says, “We talk about it, but right now it’s impossible to do a Hulk spinoff.” That’s because rights to the Hulk remain divided between Marvel and Universal, which released the tepidly received 2003 Hulk, starring Eric Bana, as well as the 2008 reboot The Incredible Hulk, with Edward Norton.

While Marvel holds character rights — allowing the Hulk to rampage through the two Avengers movies — Universal has distribution rights to any stand-alone Hulk movie. After Disney bought Marvel for $4 billion in 2009, Marvel acquired distribution rights to the first two Iron Man movies,Thor and Captain America: The First Avenger from Paramount, but it has yet to strike a similar deal with Universal for the Hulk. (A potential complicating factor: Universal separately holds specified theme-park rights to several Marvel characters that Disney would like to have.) Declining comment on whether a deal is in the offing, Marvel’s Kevin Feige does reassure fans, “We know where we’re taking the character next within the films that we have announced.” [source]
