While on Italy Mark visited the cooking school of Mamma Agata, considered one of the most important cooking school in the Mediterranean.
“For me it is like coming home, in the kitchen of my paternal grandparents,” he exclaimed, remembering its distant origins in Calabria. Mark asked to prepare the pancakes according to the secret recipe of his grandmother, with zucchini flowers, herbs and onion (source).
